  Answer: We appreciate credit cards, debit cards, personal checks, and cash.

  Answer: All information is kept completely confidential. We do not share, distribute, or sell any information about our customers.

  
  Question:  How do I get my tickets?
  Answer: We send tickets via FedEx or regular mail, or you can stop by at our office location.


  Question: Is it possible to buy our tickets in states for relatives in other countries?
  Answer:   Yes, it is possible to pay for it here and get your tickets at the air company’s office in that country or send it via mail to your relatives.


  Question: Do I need travel insurance?
  Answer: Travel insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend that you purchase it, to protect yourself and your travel investment.


  Question:  How much baggage can I take for my trip?
  Answer: Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage. The maximum weight of any piece cannot exceed 70 pounds.


  Question:  What is an E-ticket?
  Answer: An E-ticket, or Electronic Ticket, is a paperless ticket. Instead of using a paper ticket, your photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) is all you need to receive your boarding pass. An E-ticket cannot be lost, since your ID and confirmation number act as your ticket.
